Technical characteristics

  1. V axis compensation. Solve the slide block in the process of bending deformation on the workpiece quality. The amount of compensation is automatically adjusted by CNC system, which is convenient and accurate.
  2. Adopt fully functional rear stopper mechanism, can choose to control more than one rear stopper shaft. The functional parts of the rear stopper, such as guide rail, lead screw, bearing and so on, are imported parts to ensure the accuracy of the rear stopper.
  3. The hydraulic system adopts integrated control system imported from Germany to reduce pipeline installation and improve the working stability of the machine tool, with beautiful and simple appearance.
  4. The fuselage, slider and other important components are analyzed by ANSYS finite element analysis software to ensure the reliability of the machine tool. (STANDARD)
  5. The body adopts split steel plate welding structure, which is tempered by large tempering equipment to eliminate the deformation caused by welding stress and processing stress and ensure the accuracy of the machine tool.
  6. The upper die can be divided into sections, which can be assembled into a certain length according to the requirements of the workpiece to meet the processing needs of special workpiece. The upper die adopts safety ditch structure (European standard), and the lower die adopts combined structure to meet the needs of different workpiece.
  7. C-type plate is installed on both sides of the body, and high-precision magnetic grid ruler is installed on the C-type plate, so as to avoid the influence of body deformation on bending accuracy during bending.
  8. Oil cylinder processed by professional manufacturer, SKF seal ring from Sweden, EMB pipe joint from Germany, can overcome the phenomenon of oil leakage.
